Marshall Sleep Medicine Academy's A-STEP training program is paving the way for aspiring sleep technologists. With a focus on education and skill development, this program prepares professionals for a fulfilling career in sleep medicine. Interested in joining the program? Marshall South nurses, Leanna Dilbeck and Jonathan Lynn, attended Asbury Elementary to present our SmartStart program, an initiative designed to guide 5th grade students through the complexities of puberty and self-care. The class covers puberty education, keeping a healthy lifestyle, skincare, and healthy self-image development, SmartStart equips students with essential knowledge for this critical stage of life. To learn more, please click here!

Marshall Medical Centers observed Organ and Tissue Donation Month with a Donate Life flag raising ceremonies in partnership with Legacy of Hope. The flag can be spotted at both our hospital flag poles.

Our Marshall GoldCare 55+ program gathered for their monthly Lunch 'N Learn session. Marshall County Youth Leadership students experienced a 'Day in the Life' at Marshall Medical Centers, gaining firsthand insight into our healthcare facilities and services.

The Marshall Wound Healing Center has done it again and received the prestigious President’s Circle award from Healogics for clinical and operational excellence. A heartwarming collaboration between the Volunteer Auxiliaries and The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers resulted in the replacement of portable chemo pumps at the Cancer Care Center, ensuring uninterrupted therapy for our cancer patients. These compact and user-friendly pumps not only facilitate home infusions but also contribute to patient well-being with on-pump alarms and reports, minimizing clinical visits. To learn more, please click here!

Marshall Medical Centers Volunteer Services celebrated National Volunteer Appreciation Week with a delightful luncheon at Guntersville State Park on April 18th, honoring the invaluable contributions of our volunteers.
