Each free session will begin at 9 AM with a brief 5–7 minute health talk from Dr. Storey, who is board-certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine. She will share practical insights on relevant health topics before leading participants on a walk along the scenic lakeside trails of Guntersville Lake.
